In these videos Prof. Kobus Maree offers a practical example of a narrative instrument, the Career Interest Profile (CIP), developed by Prof. Maree, which can be used to help clients narrate their career stories and choose ‘appropriate’ careers. This practical demonstration includes a focus on the initial interview and administration of the CIP, as well as the initial, follow-up, and debriefing sessions with two clients.
