Strength-based team work

Part of our growing process is to learn how we individually operate, develop the parts of us that we need to learn more about, and learn about the people around us, and how we can not only accept their individuality and diversity, but how we can capitalise on these differences in order to impact on the team operations and results.

Learning about your own psychological type is a key starting point for self-development. This provides a completely new lens through which you will view yourself, others and the inter- relationships with others.

In this course you will learn how to:
  • focus on an individual’s strengths
  • identify gaps in the team, in terms of action oriented, reflective, future focused or preferring to bring past lessons and thinking into play
  • reduce stress related to operating outside your naturally preferred style
  • adapt communication strategies for different personality types
  • provide managers with the understanding to give effective feedback
  • help your team to really accept and use differences for the team achievements
  • develop more rounded and flexible leaders, managers, team members

  • Myers-Briggs Type Indicator
  • Strengthscope
